August 27, 1943 – December 14, 2018

Passed away December 14, 2018 at the age of 75 years. Thankful for a lifetime of memories are Husband Reuben; Sisters Ruth and Mary (Herbert); Nephew Erastus (Sharon); Brother in Law William (Elizabeth); Sisters in Law Pheobie, Bessie, Alice, Naomi; Special Nephew Justin (Shauna); Special Niece Charmaine (Chris); Special Grand Nephew Brody; Special Grand Nieces Elena, Isla, and Ava as well a large circle friends, nieces & nephews, and extended family members. Amelia is predeceased by her Mother and Father, Hazel and William Rice, Brother Elihu, and Sister Gladys. Visitation was held from St. Matthew’s Anglican Church in Cooks harbour from where the funeral was held on December 17, 2018 with Catechist Art Kinsella officiating. Interment followed. Funeral arrangements entrusted to Kerry M. Fillatre’s Funeral Home, St. Anthony and Roddickton, Alicia Patey, Funeral Director.
