Passed peacefully away into eternal sleep at the John M. Gray Center on the 18th day of April 2013. Mr. Cyril Russell of Williams Harbour was in his 85th year.  He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memoires Brothers Clifford Russell (Charlotte), Graham Russell (Patricia), William Larkham(Nellie), Carl Larkham(Janet), Harold Larkham(Velma), Paul Larkham(Martha), Sisters Mildred Campbell, Bella Saunders(Henry), as well as a large circle of family and friends. He was predeceased by his mother Dorcas Larkham, Step-father Charles Larkham, Brother-in-law Stanley Campbell, Brother Hayward Larkham, Sister Bernice Larkham. Visitation was held at St. Andrews the Apostle Anglican church in Port Hope Simpson from which the funeral service was held at 2:00pm on the 21st day of April 2013 with The Rev.’d Gail Coley MacDonald officiating. Interment followed in the Anglican cemetery in Port Hope Simpson. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Kerry M. Fillatre Funeral Home, St. Anthony and Roddickton, Lee Nippard Funeral Director.

Passed peacefully away surrounded by family  at the John M. Gray Center on the 17th day of April 2013. Mrs. Ruby Marie Loder of Roddickton was in her 79th year. She leaves behind with loving memories her daughters Joyce(Lewis); Marie(Lemuel); Margaret(Issac); Joan(Garland); Eileen(Kirk); Brenda(Dave); Shawna(Jamie); Sons Wilson(Marjorie); Roger(Lisa); Alonzo(Trudy); Bobby(Janet); thirty-three Grandchildren; Forty Great Granchildren; and Four Great-Great Grandchildren. As well as a large circle of family and friends. She was predeceased by her her parents Harvey and Beryl Roberts; her first husband Leander; second husband Gordon Loder; her son Lloyd and daughter-in-law Doris;  three brothers Gilbert; Maxwell; and Lester. Visitation was held at the Calvary Pentecostal Temple from which the funeral service followed at 2:00pm on the 21st day of April with Pastor G. B. Pinksen officiating. Burial followed the service in the Pentecostal cemetery in Roddickton. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Kerry M. Fillatre Funeral Home, St. Anthony and Roddickton, Siobhan Mauger funeral director.

Passed away into peace at the Charles S. Curtis Memorial Hospital in St. Anthony on the 17th of April, 2013 after a lengthy struggle, Mr. Gervin Parrill of Pines Cove in his 45th year. Gervin Leaves behind with loving memories his Parents Rita and Ivany Parrill, brothers Derek (Linda), and Jock (Wendy), Sisters Judy (Harvey) and Ruby (Donald) and many nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles, cousins and a wide circle of family and friends. He was predeceased by his niece Peggy Parill. The visitation was held at St. Andrews Anglican church in Lower Cove, from which the funeral service was held at 2:00pm on Friday the 19th of April, 2013 with Rev. Marlene Harvey and Layperson Maxine Hughes officiating. Burial followed the service in the Anglican Cemetery in Pines Cove. Funeral Arrangements where entrusted to Kerry M. Daughters Sheila (Watson) & Michelle (Tim), Grandchildren April (Jason), Candace, Dina, Sacha, Sherman (Ada), Dwayne (Vanessa), Deirdre, Donalda (Gary), Jeremy, Jonathan, Jenny (Mark), Damian, Kyle, Tiffany,   Felicia, Carrie (Jamie), Robert, Skylar, Brittany, Jordan & Kelsey. Great -Grandchildren Noah, Nate, Leah, Kimberly, Brooklyn, Aiden, Cailin, Jonas & Piper. Sisters Jesse (William Adams), Carrie (Harold Yetman), Marge (Leslie Hall), & Ruby (Baxter Hedderson). Visitation was held at the Pentecostal Calvary Tabernacle in St. Lunaire-Griquet, from which the funeral service was held at 2:00pm on the 2nd of April with Pastors Wayne Baker and Jon Collins officiating, burial followed in the church Cemetery. Passed away at Charles S. Curtis Memorial Hospital in St Anthony on March 29, 2013, Mrs. Agnes Genge in her 91st year. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her son Clyde (Myrtle); daughter-in-law Gertie and son-in-law Wilfred Sr.; her grandchildren Effie, Trudy, Connie, Wilfred Jr. and Lindsey also her great grandchildren Jelisa, Kendall, Laci, Landon, Averie, Avril and Amber. She was predeceased by her husband Jacob Sr., son Jacob Jr., daughter Olive and her mother and father Effie and Henry Genge. Visitation took place at St. Matthew’s Church in Anchor Point. The funeral service took place at 2p.m. on Monday, April 1 with Rev. Robert Rowlands officiating. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Kerry M.
