It is with great sadness that the family of Sadie Parsons announces her passing at St. Clare’s Mercy Hospital , St. John’s, NL on January 30, 2025, at the age of 89.

The group members were always an inspiration to her and she looked forward to the time she spent with them. Sadie was an avid knitter and her grandchildren always looked forward to getting their new mittens at Christmas. Everyone will also cherish their quilts made lovingly by Sadie. But above all else, it is Sadie’s love and devotion to her family that should be remembered.
