Born to John and Elizabeth Parrill on August 7, 1922 in Pines Cove, Newfoundland. She moved to Eddies Cove East at a young age. She met the love of her life, John Ross, and together they had five children. Margaret E. Manuel passed away peacefully on November 20, 2015 at Charles S. Curtis Memorial Hospital. She leaves to mourn her sons: Colin (Donna), Gary, Boyd (Marilyn), Shawn (Mary); daughter: Madonna (Ernest); grandchildren: Lana, Chad, Kent, Brad, Ryan, Matthew, Jamie, Sarah, Justin, Demetre, Brenden, Isabella; 11 great-grandchildren; brother: John Parrill along with several nieces and nephews and a large circle of family and friends. Margaret was predeceased by her husband, John Ross; mother and father Elizabeth and John Parrill; Sisters Virge, Bessy, Liza, Goldie; and brothers Albert, and Darius (Roy). Visitation was held at Kerry M. Fillatres Funeral Home in St. Anthony. The funeral took place at the St. Mary's Anglican Church in St. Anthony at 2:00pm on November 24, 2015 with Fr. Paul Findlay officiating. Burial followed in the New Anglican Cemetery in St. Anthony. Funeral arrangements entrusted to Kerry.
