Passed peacefully away on the 21st of November 2013 at the Charles S. Curtis Memorial Hospital. Mrs Rita Hillier of St. Lunaire - Griquet was in her 84th year. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her sons Wilfred(Lillian), Eugene(Carole), Kevin(Mildred), Dennis(Cynde),Ivan, Daughters Helen(Frank), Lillian(Carl), Triffie(Jack), Donna(Bill), Debbie, Janet(Art), Sister Livie, two half-sisters, Four half Brothers, Thirty- eight Grandchildren, Forty Great- Grandchildren, Two Great-Great Grandchildren, as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her husband Harvey Hillier, Brothers Allan, George, Gordon, Chesley, Sisters Pearl, Lucy, Olive, Ruby, half sister Rhoda, Parents John and Rhoda Pilgrim, Son Alvin, Daughters Ruby and Lona. Visitation was held at the Calvary Pentecostal Church in Griquet followed by the funeral service which was held at 2:00pm on the 25th day of November 2013 with Pastor Wayne Baker officiating. Internment followed in the church cemetery. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Kerry M.
