LOMBARI, JEAN

Passed away on July 10, 2023 at Curtis Memorial Hospital, St Anthony, NL at the age of 71.
Jean was born to Lucy and Everett Earle of St. Lunaire, NL on June 20th, 1952, the oldest of 6 children.
At an early age, Jean worked as a nursing assistant both here and Ontario. Her second career was in banking at Toronto Dominion Bank in Mississauga. She met her husband Renato in 1984 and married in 1986.
Although Jean had no children of her own, she remained closely connected to her nieces and nephews in Newfoundland and tried to visit her family almost every year. As she began thinking of retirement, her heart became set on moving back to Newfoundland to be near her family. In June 2011, Jean and Renato relocated to St. Anthony. After a few years in St. Anthony Jean recommitted her life to the Lord at Bethel Pentecostal Church. Renato followed her to the altar that same morning and gave his heart to the Lord. A couple of months later they were both baptized. Jean enjoyed cooking, shopping, long drives and picnics.
Jean leaves behind her husband Renato, mother Lucy, siblings Joyce (Len) Budgell, Boyce (Judy), Wayne (Marilyn), Coleen (Wade) Saunders, Todd (Sandra), sisters in law Anna Stewart (Jeff) and Madalena Sernoskie (Barry) along with many nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles, cousins and friends, including special friends Debbie and Bill Smulders and Jean Wells. Jean was predeceased by her father Everett Earle and father and mother in law Orlando and Maria Lombari.
