Passed peacefully away at the Charles S. Curtis Memorial Hospital on the 16th day of March 2015, Mrs. Lillian White of Sandy Cove was in her 77th year. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her sons Louis(Michelle), Whyman(Denise), Albert(Blanche), Bruce(Loretta), Grandchildren Bradley(Selina), Brandon(Jennifer), Heather, Chantelle, Tyler, Shana, Rebecca, Sarah, Great Grandsons Brayden, Colton, Jaxon, Daughter-in-Law Linda, Brother Amos, Sisters Francis(Gerry), Margarite(Elam), Sister-in-law Maria White, Thamise(Levi) Normore, Brother-in-Law Wilfred Baines. He was predeceased by her husband George Henry, Son Amos Leslie, Grandson Zachery, his Parents Matthew and Sophie Genge. Visitation was held at the St. Thomas Anglican Church in Sandy Cove from which the funeral service was held at 2:00pm on Friday March 20th 2015 with Rev. Marlene Harvey and Layperson Joyce White officiating. Internment followed at the church cemetery in Savage Cove. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Kerry M. Fillatre’s Funeral Homes, St. Anthony and Roddickton, Lee Nippard Funeral Director.
