It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Kevin on March 22, 2019 at the age of 65 years. he leaves to mourn, with fond and loving memories his partner Ruth Sheppard, his sisters Elsie Cunard and Barbara Brown, as well as many nieces and nephews, as well as his special aunt Ursula Chambers. Kevin was predeceased by his parents peter and Bessie Samson, sister marina and brothers Tom, Hiram and Conrad. Visitation will take place on Sunday march 31, 2019 from 7-9pm at the Church of the Advent in Plum Point, from which the funeral service will take place on Monday, April 1st, 2019 at 2:00pm with Rev. Jennifer Renouf officiating. as per Kevin wishes, cremation has taken place. internment to follow at the brig bay cemetery. Funeral arrangements where entrusted to Kerry M. Passed peacefully at the Charles S. Curtis Memorial Hospital on the 22nd January 2014. Mr. William Henry Samson of Mary’s Harbour was in his 84th year. He leaves to mourn his wife Emma, Children Clara(Jordon), Freeman(Bella), Loretta(Junior, Grandchildren Jeanette(Boyd), Rosetta(Craig), Lyle(Darlene), Brendon(Shandy), Conrad(Amanda), Chad(Christina), Cindy(Hayward), Claudia(Clinton), Randal(Alysha), Great Grandchildren Charley, Chelsey(Andrew), Bobby, Brittany, Braden, Sydney, Adam, Wesley, Carley, Jackson, Jack, Mitchell, and Reanne, Step-Brother Francis Smith, as well as a large circle of family and friends. He was predeceased by his mother Mary Hannah, father John, Brothers James and Charles Sisters Clara and Mary Hannah. Visitation was held at the St. Mary’s the Virgin Church in Mary’s Harbour followed by the funeral service which was held at 2:00pm on the 25th day of January 2014 with Rev’d Gail Coley MacDonald officiating.
