PILGRIM, FRANCES JEAN

August 31, 1953 – August 14, 2019

Passed away August 14, 2019 at the Western Regional Memorial Hospital in Corner Brook at the age of 65 years. She leaves to mourn with a lifetime of memories, her Brothers; Guy (Bernice), Gerald (Olive), Larry (Ethel); Sisters Marie Wiseman, Kay (John); Judy (Don), Vera (Brian); Nephews and Nieces, Trudy Fitzpatrick (Keith), Christopher Alexander (Karen), Sherry Simms (Tom), John Pilgrim, Molly Pilgrim; Reggie Pilgrim (Jenetta), Mark Pilgrim (Kayla), Martin Pilgrim (Kayla), Perry Wiseman (Rochelle), Susan Wiseman, Jeremy Wiseman (Shannon), Michael Patey, Marilyn Patey, Matthew Pilgrim, as well as a large circle of extended family and friends. Visitation was held from the United Church in St. Anthony Bight with the funeral taking place on August 18th, 2019 at 2:00 pm with Rev. Maich officiating. Interment followed. Funeral arrangements entrusted to Kerry M. Fillatre’s Funeral Home, St. Anthony and Roddickton, Alicia Patey, Funeral Director.

LODER, URSULA FRANCES

Passed away into peace on the 8th of December, 2018, Ms. Ursula F. Loder of St. Anthony Newfoundland (originally of Harbour Deep) in her 74th year. Left to mourn are Ursulas nephew Eddy Cassell, Eddies spouse Nicole and their children Amy and Jonah, sisters Marie Hiscock, Ida Ropson, Annie Compton, Marjorie Cassell (Paul), brothers Gerald Loder, Freeman Loder, her spicial life long friends Gladys, Tony and their son Christoper, as well as many Nieces, Nephews and Friends. Ursula was predeceased by his parents Frederick and Delilah Loder; Sister Stella Ellsworth, Brother Andrew; Brothers in law, Roland Ellsworth, Eliol Hiscock, Richard Ropson, Norman Compton, and George Cassell. Visitation was held at the Funeral Home in St. Anthony on Dec. 10th and 11th. The funeral took place from St. Mary’s Anglican Church in Tuesday, December 11, 2018 at 2:00 pm with Rev. Katie Taylor-Flynn officiating. Interment followed. Funeral arrangements entrusted to Kerry M. Fillatre’s Funeral Home, St. Anthony and Roddcikton, Lee Nippard Funeral Director.

HEDDERSON, FRANCES CAROL

December 25, 1924 to March 16, 2016
It is with great sadness that the family of Frances Carol (Patey) Hedderson announces her passing on March 16, 2016 at the Charles Curtis Memorial Hospital in St. Anthony at the age of 91 years. Frances was born and raised in St. Anthony, and she went on to be a Teacher in North West River, and then Noddy Bay. It was in Noddy Bay that she met her husband Garland. They settled in Hay Cove and raised a family of twelve. Her most joyful moments were when all the family was home sitting around the kitchen table. Frances loved going to Church,
knitting, gardening and enjoying a game of Skip-Bo with family and friends. Left to Mourn: Children: Juanita, Winsor (Nellie), Alonzo (Thelma), Marilyn (Llewellyn), Bill (Barbara), Donna, Myra, Sharon (Erastus), Kenneth (Joy), Ted (Marina) Daughter-in-law: Ellen 23 Grandchildren and 30 Great-grandchildren Sister Amelia Dunphy Predeceased by: Husband: Garland Sons: Wayne and Thomas Sons-in-law: Rex, Reginald and Bernie Brother-in-law: Silas Grandchild: Angela Great-grandchild: Brandon Parents: Edith and William Patey Sister: Marie Brothers: Ruben and Ralph. visitation was held in the Central United Church, From which the funeral service was held at 2:00pm on Saturday March 19, 2016 with Rev.
