It’s with great sadness we announce the passing of Louis Caines. Born March 22, 1958 passed away peacefully at the Health Science Centre on Nov 11, 2018. He leaves to mourn his loving and dedicated wife Jane; Daughters Jilda (Abraham) and Paula. His pride and joy granddaughter Mia; Sisters, Dorcas, Elizabeth (George), Mary Ann (Edmund), Levinia, Myrtle (Wayde); Brother, Walter (Maria); Brother and sister in laws, Terence (Lucy), Troy (Trudy), Regina (Larry), Trudy (Lyndon), Anne (Garfield); as well as all of his nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends who were very special to him. Louis was predeased by his parents Garfield and Kezia, in laws Leslie and Hilda Chambers, brother in laws Kerry Fillatre and Churchill Mitchelmore. He will be missed forever! Visitation took place from St. Mary’s Anglican Church in Black Duck Cove. The funeral was held on Friday, November 16th 2018 at 2:00 pm with Rev. Jennifer Renouf officiating, inurnment followed. Funeral arrangements entrusted to Kerry M. Fillatre’s Funeral Home, St. Anthony and Roddickton, Lee Nippard, Funeral Director.
