BULLARD, KAYLA CAROL-LYNN

It is with broken hearts that the family of the late Baby Kayla Carol-Lynn Bullard announced her passing.  Kayla Carol-Lynn passed peacefully into the arms of Jesus from Mount Sinai Hospital, Toronto, Ontario on April 12, 2018 at just eight days old. Left to cherish her precious memories are her parents Brittany Doran & Michael Bullard; grandparents Thomas & Carol-Lynn (Patey) Doran, Denise Noble; Karl & Sharon (Step-grandmother) Bullard; Great Grandparents: Allan Patey, Linda Hobbs, Linda Manuel and Karl Bullard, Aunts Vicky Noble, Sarah, Chantel & Kaitlyn Bullard; Special Great Uncle & Aunt: Morris & Peggy-Ann Curlew; as well as a large extended family circle. Predeceased by Great-Grandmother: Florence (Humby) Patey, Great-Grandfather: Gary Noble and Aunt Erica Bullard. Visitation took place at the Calvary Pentecostal Tabernacle in St. Lunaire-Griquet followed by the service for the Celebration of her short life on Wednesday, April 18th at 2:00 P.M, with Pastors Wayne & Joy Baker officiating.  Interment followed in the church cemetery. EARLE, STELLA FLORENCE

was born to Elijah and Emma Earle on February 20, 1920. She married Thomas Earle in 1938. They were blessed with seven sons and eight daughters. Stella gave her heart to the Lord in 1939. She loved and served the Lord all down through the years. Stella was a woman of prayers and had a passion for Missions. She was a loving Wife, Mother, and Grandmother; and worked hard raising her family. Stella passed peacefully into the presence of the Loving Lord on Wednesday, March 14th, 2018 at the age of 98 years. She leaves to mourn with tender and loving memories, her sons, Hubert (Winnie), Lloyd, Shawn (Patsy); Daughters, Violet (Arthur) Loder, Jean (Ross) Stevens, Donna (Bradley) Heard, Linda (Curtis) Hillier; Daughter-in-law Elizabeth Earle, as well as 38 grandchildren, 55 great-grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren, and a large circle of extended family and friends. Stella was predeceased by her parents Elijah and Emma Earle; Husband Thomas Earle; Sons Ronald, Perry, Rodger, Allan; Daughters Beatrice (Manuel), Jessie, Elva, Dulcie; Daughter-in-law Diane Hedderson; Son-in-law Allan Manuel; Granddaughters Betty Quinlan, Cynthia Pilgrim; Brothers William Earle, Hubert Earle; Sisters Beatrice Coles, Elsie Bussey, Mary Eddison, and Phyllis Humby. Visitation was held from the Calvary Pentecostal Tabernacle in St. Lunaire-Griquet until the funeral on Saturday, March 17th, 2018 at 2:00 pm with Pastor Joh Baker officiating. Interment followed. HUMBY, HAROLD

Harold was born in St. Lunaire to Joseph and Jesse Humby on November 28th, 1941. Harold started out with a career as a fisherman and in the lumber woods; with the Liner Board in Goose Bay. He did, however, continue fishing. Harold marries Edith Blanchard of Roddickton, NL. They married in St. Lunaire in 1960 and continues to make their home there. Harold and Edith had two children, Flossie and Wilbert. Harold passed away on February 3rd , 2018 from the John M Gray Centre in St. Anthony at the age 76 years. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his Wife Edith; Children Wilbert (Norma), Flossie (Denley) Hedderson; 9 Grandchildren; 10 Great-grandchildren; Brothers Lester (Judy), Nelson (Joan), Reginald (Regina), Gordon (Margie); Sister Irene Hillier; Brother-in-law Allan Patey as well as large circle of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends. Harold was predeceased by his Parents Joseph and Jesse Humby; Sister Florence Patey; Brothers Alvohn, Truman, Wilbert, William; and Brother- in-Law Thomas Hillier. Visitation was held from the Calvary Pentecostal Tabernacle in St. Lunaire-Griquet from where the funeral was held on Thursday, February 8th, 2018 with Pastors John and Joy Baker officiating. SNOW, ERIC CLEMENT

Passed away on January 14th from the Health Science Centre in St. Johns at the age of 53 years. Eric was born to Francis and the late Mary Snow on February 5, 1964. He met the love of his life, Diane Hedderson; they married on June 8th, 1985. Together they raised 3 beautiful children who are his precious jewels; Steven (Tamara), Victoria (Todd), Varrick (Jenna). They have 7 Grandchildren; Cortaz, Dakota, Nathan, Kaci-Rae, Amaya, Alexia, and Samuel, whom Eric loved very much. Leaving with fond and loving memoires are wife Diane; Children Steven (Tamara), Victoria (Todd), Varrick (Jenna); 7 Grandchildren; Father Francis; Brothers Roland (Trudy), Leslie (Paula); Sister Mona as well as a large circle of family and friends. Eric is predeceased by his mother Mary; Mother and Father in law Madeline and Hector Hedderson; and brothers-in-law Billy and Gordon Hedderson. Visitation was held from the Pentecostal Tabernacle in St. Lunaire-Griquet from where the funeral was held on Thursday, January 18th, 2018 at 2:00 pm with Captain Rideout officiating. HILLIER, JOHN WESLEY

January 15th, 1944 – September 7th, 2017

John Wesley was born to Hedley and Pearl Hillier on January 15th, 1944 in Griquet, NL. He was one of 10 children. In 1965 he met and married Jessie Eileen Newman and together they had three children, Paul, Todd, and Nadine, whom they raised in their family home in St. Lunaire – Griquet. John and Jessie were blessed with seven grandchildren: Samantha, Jonathan, Carly, Zachary, Lindsey, Benjamin, and Brooklynn; and one great-grandson, Austin. John’s passion was not only for his family but also his work and business. In the early years John worked on the boats with his father and also as a truck driver. In the mid 1970’s he purchased a gas station and later built a garage. He continued by expanding into heavy equipment. John was a very quiet and gentle man who did his best to be a friend to everyone. He loved his family and church family. He will be missed by all that knew him. John passed away on September 7th, 2017 at the Charles S. Curtis Memorial Hospital in St. Anthony at the age of 73 years. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his Sons Paul (Sonya), Todd (Elaine); Daughter Nadine (Michael); Brothers Allan, Graham (Zonya), Lonny; Sisters Louise, Dorothy (Bill), Ada (Ted), Vida (Winston), Neta; Grandchildren Jonathon, Zachary, Lindsey, Benjamin, Samantha, Carly, Brooklynn and Great-Grandchild Austin. He was predeceased by his Wife Jessie; Parents Hedley and Pearl Hillier; Brothers Roland and Kaye Hillier; Father in Law Benjamin Newman and Sister in Law Cassie Hillier. Visitation was held from the Pentecostal Tabernacle in St. Lunaire Griquet from where the funeral took place on September 11th, 2017 at 2:00 pm with Pastor John Baker officiating. Interment followed.
