August 5, 1950 - February 13, 2022
Ambrose was born August 5, 1950 to Ralph and Beatrice Pilgrim of Griquet; he was one of 15 children. He was a loving spouse to Cathy McDonald for over 30 years, a loving father to his Sons, Shayne and Aaron as well as a grandfather and great-grandfather.
Am left home at the age of 18 and headed to Toronto to go to work. He worked there for many years at numerous positions and ended his career with his retirement from General Motors in 2007. After he retired, he returned home and took on the task of restoring the family home where he lived with Cathy until his passing on February 13, 2022 at the age of 72 years.
Am loved to cook, fish, hunt, build boats, and most of all play guitar and sing (especially John Prine). He will be greatly missed and forever loved by his friends, family, and his dog Smoke. Until we meet again.
