SAMUEL CHARLES GOULD

Passed peacefully away at the John M Gray LTC facility in his 90th year, on the 15th day of December. Sam will be forever loved and remembered by his sister Mary Genge-bowers, sons Glosson (Elizabeth), Michael (Paula), daughter Denise (Eddie) Goose Bay, grandchildren Michael Jr, Jeremy (Hailey), Nicholina (Stefan), Nicholas, Dylan, Justin and great grandchildren Liam, Kale and Emit as well as extended family & friends. Pre-deceased by beloved wife Margaret, children James & Sharon, & parents Thomas & Edith Gould, Brothers; Andrew, Willis, George, Harrison, Isaac-John, Sisters; Naomi, Eliza, Rita & Johanna. Family service will be held at St. Boniface Church in Bear Cove, Tuesday, Dec 17th at 7:00pm followed by the funeral service on Wednesday Dec 18th @ 11:00am with Deacon Vernon Short officiating. Internment will follow at the Anglican Cementary in Bear Cove. Funeral arrangements entrusted to Kerry M Fillatries funeral home, St. Anthony. A  special thank you to the staff of the John M Gray LTC facility St. Anthony for excellent quality of care.

RUSSELL, CYRIL JAMES

Passed peacefully away into eternal sleep at the John M. Gray Center on the 18th day of April 2013. Mr. Cyril Russell of Williams Harbour was in his 85th year.  He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memoires Brothers Clifford Russell (Charlotte), Graham Russell (Patricia), William Larkham(Nellie), Carl Larkham(Janet), Harold Larkham(Velma), Paul Larkham(Martha), Sisters Mildred Campbell, Bella Saunders(Henry), as well as a large circle of family and friends. He was predeceased by his mother Dorcas Larkham, Step-father Charles Larkham, Brother-in-law Stanley Campbell, Brother Hayward Larkham, Sister Bernice Larkham. Visitation was held at St. Andrews the Apostle Anglican church in Port Hope Simpson from which the funeral service was held at 2:00pm on the 21st day of April 2013 with The Rev.’d Gail Coley MacDonald officiating. Interment followed in the Anglican cemetery in Port Hope Simpson. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Kerry M. Fillatre Funeral Home, St. Anthony and Roddickton, Lee Nippard Funeral Director.
