TAMMY, GENGE

April 12th, 1971- June 1st, 2022

Tammy Passed away June 1st, 2022 at the Charles Curtis Memorial Hospital surrounded by her loving family at the young age of 51 years after losing her battle to cancer. Tammy is forever remembered by her loving husband of 26 years, Ike; Daughter, Keisha(TJ); Son, Logan; Parents, Emmanuel and Rosalie; Father in- law, Isaac; Grandmother, Rhoda, as well as a large circle of Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Nieces and Nephews. Predeceased by Sister; Marilyn Genge; Mother in Law, Hazel Genge; Grandparents, Levi and Goldie Mitchelmore; Grandfather, Clyde Mitchelmore Sr; Aunt Marilyn; Uncles, Clyde, Harris; Cousin, Sonya Parrill.

Tammy loved being at the cabin with her family and friends, loved being at the dry spruce with her husband, loved to dance and have a good time, and she loved spending time with her two children. She met a lot of friends at her two jobs, which she loved dearly.

The family would like to thank the staff of Straits of Belle Isle, and Charles Curtis Memorial Hospital for their generosity and treating us like family.

Visitation took place at St. Matthews Anglican Church in Anchor Point on June 6th, 2022 at 11:00 am with Rev. Short officiating. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Kerry M. Fillatres Funeral Home, St. Anthony and Roddickton, Alicia Mary Grace Patey, Funeral Director.
