It is with heavy hearts the family of late Dulcie White (Mitchelmore) announce her peaceful passing at Curtis Memorial Regional Hospital in St. Anthony on November 24, 2024 at the age of 76 years surrounded by her loving family. She was a beloved wife, mother, sister, aunt and friend.
On January 3,1968 she married the love of her life Thomas White. Together they raised three sons, Craig, Trent and Thomas Jr. She was a woman who loved her family immensely. She was a great cook and baker. She will be especially remembered for her famous hot dinner which entailed everyone’s favourites. She loved planting her garden and tending to is as it grew. She also had a love for cleaning and laundry which she had specific regulations. She will be dearly missed by all.
She leaves to mourn her Husband: Thomas (Sr); Sons: Craig (Charlene), Trent (Kim); Grandchildren: Michael (Kayla); Trisha (Nathan), Tia(Jamie), Danielle, Kaitlynn (Mitch); Great grandchildren: Scarlett, Tamera, Gabe; Sisters: Sharon, Sheila (Wade), Glorina (Eddie), Sophia, Belinda (Rex), Eliza (Baxter); Brothers: Whyman (Gaye), Glen (Maureen); Nieces and Nephews; Brother in law: Claude, Mark (Emily), Jim (Jessie); Sister in laws: Emily, Maria, Caroline.
Dulce is predeceased by her Son: Thomas (Jr); Parents: Gordon and Amy Elizabeth Mitchelmore; Sisters: Sarah, Jane, Annie; Brother: Leanus, Baxter; Brother in laws: Eric, Jake (Pauline), Walter, Nelson, Carl.
The family service will take place on Thursday, November 28, 2024 at 8:00 PM. The funeral will take place at St. Thomas’ Anglican Church in Sandy Cove on Friday, November 29, 2024 at 2:00 PM with Rev. Canon Vernon Short officiating. Inurnment to follow. View The Livestream Here.
