May 21st, 1936 – February 29th, 2020

Passed February 29th, 2020 at the age of 83 years. Leah will always be lovingly remembered by her Children, Isaiah (Myrtle) Taylor, Jim (Joyce) Taylor, Baxter (Sharon) Taylor, Emily-Jane (Danny) Taylor, Joanne (Todd) McLean; 14 Grandchildren, 9 Great-grandchildren as well as a large circle of family and friends. Leah was predeceased by her Husband, Samuel Taylor; Daughter, Ethel Taylor; Parents, Isiah and Emily Taylor; Brother, Harold Taylor, Stephen Taylor, Walter Taylor; Sisters Joanie Pittman, Kitty Taylor; Mother-in-law, Jane Taylor. Visitation was held from St. Mary’s Anglican Church in Black Duck Cove from where the funeral was held on March 4, 2020 at 11:00 AM with Deacon Short officiating. Interment followed. Funeral arrangements entrusted to Kerry M. Fillatre’s Funeral Home, St. Anthony and Roddickton, Alicia Patey, Funeral Director.
