Kirby Strugnell of Port Hope Simpson, NL passed at Curtis Memorial Hospital in St. Anthony at the age of 56 years. Kirby like Spending time on the lake at his cabin, singing playing guitar, loved launching his boat on a sunny day to go fishing. As well he worked with Johnson construction for 11 years. He will be greatly missed by his family, friends, and coworkers. He leaves to mourn his Wife, Donna Strugnell; Daughters Annette and Yvette Strugnell; Granddaughters, Athena, Mya, and Marlene Strugnell; Parents, Violet and Simon Strugnell; Sisters and Brothers, Sherry Penney, Shelia King, Karen Chubbs, and Jason Strugnell as well as a large circle of extended family and friends. Kirby was predeceased by Brother, Shawn Strugnell. Visitation to take place from the Pentecostal Church in Port Hope Simpson beginning on Wednesday, February 12th, 2020 and will continue on Thursday, February 13th, 2020. The funeral will take place on Friday, February 14th, 2020 at 2:00 pm from the Pentecostal Church. Interment to follow, Funeral arrangements entrusted to Kerry M. Fillatre’s Funeral Home, St. Anthony and Roddickton.
