September 16, 1943 – October 13, 2019

It is with heavy hearts that the Randell family announce the peaceful passing of beloved husband and father Ellwood Randell on October 13, 2019 at the John M. Gray Centre in St. Anthony at the age of 76. He is remembered with great love by his family, including his wife, Juanita (nee: Newman) of 53 years; children Judy (Brad), Janice (Marshall), Vaden (Cynthia), Tony (Cheryl); Grandchildren Brianna (Paul), Brandon (Kayla), Brady (Marissa), Cameron and Nicholas; Great Grandchildren Blair, Evan, Kyle; Predeceased by parents Jesse and Rowena and his sister, Olive; Brothers, Ross (Marion), Paul (Christine), Jesse (Ruth), Austin (Jean), Lloyd (Tamer) and a large circle of relatives, nieces, nephews and friends. Visitation will take place at the Apostolic Faith Church in Bide Arm on Wednesday, October 16th, from 2-4 pm, as well as 7-9 pm. A celebration of Ellwood’s life and faith will take place from there on Thursday, October 17th at 2 pm with Pastor Howard Canning officiating, joined by Pastor Rene Cassell sharing the Word. Interment will follow at the Apostolic Faith Cemetery in Bide Arm. In Ellwood’s memory, donations may be made to Alzheimer Society NL. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Kerry M. Fillatre’s Funeral Home, St. Anthony and Roddickton, Lee Nippard Funeral Director.
