Passed away February 16th 2018 from the Charles S. Curtis Memorial Hospital in St. Anthony at the age of 83 years. Dulcie will always be remembered by her Sons Edward (Jennifer), Carter (Honora); Grandchildren Kylie (Brian), Effie (Kris); Great-grandchildren Kobe, Keegan, Jayden, and Ava. Dulcie was predeceased by her Husband Kirby; Partner John; Son Baxter; Parents Clement and Gertrude Williams; Sisters Mary Jane, Eliza; Brother Roland was well as a circle of extended family and friends. Visitation was held from St. Mary’s Anglican Church in Black Duck Cove from where visitation was held until the funeral on Monday, February 19th, 2018 at 2:00 pm with Rev. Claire Stewart officiating. Interment followed in the Anglican Cemetery in Black Duck Cove. Funeral arrangements entrusted to Kerry M. Fillatre’s Funeral Home, St. Anthony and Roddickton, Lee Nippard Funeral Director.
