Passed away into peace on the 25th of December 2014, at the Charles S. Curtis Memorial Hospital, Mr. George Alfred Patey of Main Brook, at the age of 79 years. Left to mourn are his dear wife of 51 years Juanita, his children Iris, Kathryn (Dennis), Jean (Steve), and Brian (Lisa) as well as his grandchildren Aaron, Marc (Robin), Samantha, Davin, Tylee (Christopher), Zane, Leah (Casey), Aaron, Riley and Great grandchildren Landon, Zander, Richard and Owen. George was predeceased by his son Lindsay, Father James Hedderson and Step mother Emma, Mother Rose Mackie, Step Father James Mackie, Sister Elizabeth and Brother Leonard. We will be sadly missed by all. Visitation was held at the United Church in Main Brook, from which the funeral service was held at 2:00pm on the 29th of December with Rev. John McGongile officiating, burial followed the service in the united cemetery. Funeral arrangements where entrusted to Kerry M.
