On Saturday, May 31, 2014, at the age of 86, Reginald peacefully left this world. Reg will be sadly missed by his wife of 59 years, Joan; children: David
(Cynthia) & Maurice (Beverly); grandchildren: Heather (Jason), Jason
(Catherine), Shayna, Paul and Ryan; great grandsons, Joshua, Zachary,
Maxx, Charlie, Thomas, Dylan & Lucas; sister: Dorothy; brother,
Norman; sister-in-law Jean, brother-in-law Wayne (Bernette). He will
also be missed by a large circle of family and friends. Reginald was
predeceased by his parents John & Bertha Simms; brothers Robert,
Raymond, Frank & George, & sisters; Jean, Jesse & Catherine. the visitation was held at the funeral home in St. Anthony, after which the Funeral Service was held at the St. Mary's Anglican Church in St. Anthony, at 2:00pm on Tuesday June 3rd, with Rev. Fr. Paul C. Findlay Officiating. burial followed the service in the Anglican Cemetery. Funeral Arrangements were entrusted to Kerry M. Fillatres Funeral Home, Siobhan Mauger Funeral Director.
