She was predeceased by her husband Eric, Daughter Sarah, Sons Stan, Ben, Jasper, Ivan, and Tom, Granddaughter Darlene, Grandsons Ramsey, Dale, Brian, and her parents Harry and Jane Coates. Caroline was born in pond cove, NL on November 14th, 1924 to Walter and Amelia Coombs of Current Island, NL. She Married Guy Gibbons on May !5th of 1946. together they had 4 Children. Caroline was a loving, Caring and Kind hearted Woman who loved her family dearly. She loved to knit, Cook and Feed everyone who visited her home. Always room for more in her home she loved all her grandchildren and great grandchildren with all her hear and treated them like gold.
