May 15, 1953 – March 17, 2021

On March 17 Goldie passed peacefully away at Curtis Memorial Hospital in St. Anthony. Goldie was born in Griquet to Kenneth and Edith Adams on May 5, 1953 as the second youngest of 8 children. She married Alvin Peyton on March 26 1976 and together they raised 3 daughters. Goldie was a quiet, kind, loveable lady who had a great love for her family and friends. Her door was always open and everyone was always welcomed with a “come on in, don’t mind your boots.” She was an active member of the Calvary Pentecostal Tabernacle until her illness wouldn’t allow her to do so anymore. She loved WM meetings, always volunteered for VBS and any other Children’s church activities. She was always there to help. She was a great knitter, baker, and cook. There was never a recipe in her books that she wouldn’t try. She spent countless hours putting together puzzles with her friends. Goldie will forever and always be missed and loved by her 3 Daughters; Bonnie, Lisa, and Heather; Brother, George (Dorothy); Sister, Shirley (Valance) as well as a large circle of in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. She was predeceased by her Husband, Alvin; Parents, Edith and Kenneth Adams; Sister, Nellie; Brothers, Harold, William, Melvin, Wilson and her good Friends Muriel and Mae Peyton. Viewing and funeral details to be announced.
