It is with great shock and sadness the family of Hiram Ambrose Rumbolt announce his sudden passing on January 23, 2021 at Curtis Memorial Hospital in St. Anthony, NL, at the age of 64 years. Hiram is predeceased by his parents Chesley and Isabella Rumbolt of New Ferolle, NL. Leaving to mourn his common law spouse of 49 years, Deanna, son Murray (Pierrette), grandson Kaine, brother Cletus (Sophia), nephews Todd (Thelma), Tyson (Megan) and Victor (Tamara Marie), brother in law Shawn (Dana), special father and mother in law, Albert and Olga Coombs and a wide circle of relatives and friends. His family knew him as a kind, gentle and helpful man, always someone you could rely on. Hiram enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his son and grandson on the West Coast, hunting, fishing and of course working. He worked with the Department of Transportation and was a very dedicated employee, he loved his job and his work family. The family would like to thank the dedicated staff at Curtis Memorial, especially Dr. Iio and the ICU staff for their unwavering care and special attention to Hiram during his hospital stay. We will never forget your kindness and compassion. Hiram will be forever missed and always loved by those who were lucky enough to know him. Rest in Paradise.
