Passed away Peacefully at The John M. Gray Center on the 24th of May in his 85th year, Mr. Basil John Allingham of St. Anthony. left to mourn his loss are his loving wife Irene, Daughters Dale (Lary), Corrine (Nelson), Cavell (Ross), Sons Don (Sandra), Ron (Gaylene), Pleman (Darlene), Grandchildren Rhonda, Roxanne, Teraceta, Tyrone, Tyler, Jordan, Rosalind, Mitchell, Gavin, Kayla, Latisha, Laura, Brenden, Keegan, and Jaimee. Great Grandchildren Kaidence, Lukas, Nickolas, Lillie, Riley, Rodney, Mikayla, Morgan, Shianne, Logan, Hailegh, Mason Zachary, Isiah and Madison. Sisters Laverne, Triffie, June, Alma and Grace, Brothers Llew, Stedman, Horace and Edgar as well as many nieces, Nephews and Friends and special friend Val Parrill. Basil was predeceased by his parents William and Gladys, Son Keith, Brothers Rex and Tom, Sisters Olive and Drucilla. Visitation was held at the Anglican Church in Cooks Harbour, form which the Funeral service took place at 2:00pm on the 28th of may, 2015 with Rev. Mark Willkof officiating.
