Passed away peacefully at the Chalres S. Curtis Memorial Hopital on the 1st day of April 2015, Mrs. Judith Anderson of St. Anthony was in her 55th year. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her husband Dwight, Daughter Amy(Gerry), Father Clarus Barney, Mother Sarah Barney, Brother Arthur (Karen), Brother Timonthy(Caren),  Mother-in- Law Pearl Anderson, Brother-in-Law James(Ann), Sister-in-Law Audrey(Tabi) as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, family and friends. She was predeceased by her Father-in- Law Alfred Anderson. Visitation was held at the funeral home in St. Anthony after which the funeral service was held at 2:00pm on Monday April 6th, 2015 from the St. Mary’s Anglican Church With Rev’d Fr. Paul Findlay officiating. Interment followed in the church cemetery. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Kerry M. GOULD COOMBS, ANGUS

Passed peacefully away at the Charles S. Curtis Memorial Hospital on the 17th day of March 2015, Mr. Angus Coombs Gould of Bear Cove was in his 71st year. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his sons Alvin(Mary), Roland(Myrtle), Wade(Paula), Daughter Lorraine(Clay)Taylor, Grandchildren Gavin C. Gould(Chasity), Sheldon C. Gould(Kayla), Ashley Taylor(Marlin), Clay Taylor Jr.( Courtnay), Keirsten C. Gould(Brandon), Christopher C. Gould(Kiana), Great Grandchildren Anna C. Gould, Chace Williams Gibbons, Keegan Dyck, Kate C. Gould, Partner of Colleen C. Gould, Jarvis Genge. He was predeceased by his wife Viola and daughter Colleen. Visitation was held at the St. Boniface’s Anglican Church in Bear Cove from which the funeral service was held at 2:00pm on Sunday March 22nd 2015 with Rev. Irving Letto officiating. DREDGE, CLIFFORD

It is with Great Sadness that the family of the late Mr. Clifford Dredge announce his sudden passing on the 21st day of March 2015. Mr. Clifford Dredge of Black Duck Cove was in his 58th year. He leaves to mourn with heavy hearts is Son Clifford Jr. Z(Amanda), Daughter Laura(Chuck), Granddaughters Shelby, Halie, Bella, Grandsons Cody and C.J., Sisters Mona(Gerald) and Marjorie(William) Brother Steve as well as a large circle of family and friends. He was predeceased by his wife Grace, Father Absalom Sr., Mother Rachel, Mother-in-Law Debbie, Father-in-Law Donald, Brothers –in-Law Maxwell Gould, Albert Spence, George Spence, Nephew Kenneth Spence Jr., and Niece Shara. Visitation was held at the at the St. Mary’s Anglican Church in Black Duck Cove from which the funeral service was held at  2:00pm on the 27rh day of March 2015 with Rev. Harold Harvey officiating. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her sons Louis(Michelle), Whyman(Denise), Albert(Blanche), Bruce(Loretta), Grandchildren Bradley(Selina), Brandon(Jennifer), Heather, Chantelle, Tyler, Shana, Rebecca, Sarah, Great Grandsons Brayden, Colton, Jaxon, Daughter-in-Law Linda, Brother Amos, Sisters Francis(Gerry), Margarite(Elam), Sister-in-law Maria White, Thamise(Levi) Normore, Brother-in-Law Wilfred Baines. He was predeceased by her husband George Henry, Son Amos Leslie, Grandson Zachery, his Parents Matthew and Sophie Genge. Visitation was held at the St. Thomas Anglican Church in Sandy Cove from which the funeral service was held at 2:00pm on Friday March 20th 2015 with Rev. Marlene Harvey and Layperson Joyce White officiating. Internment followed at the church cemetery in Savage Cove. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Kerry M. EDISON, EMMA JANE

Passed away into peace on the 16th of March 2015 at the Charles S. Curtis Memorial Hospital in St. Anthony in her 88th year, Mrs. Emma J. Eddison of Hay Cove, NL. Left to mourn are her children Grenfell (Marie), Winston (Christine), Jim (Wanda), Rose Tucker (Rick), Mazie (Lester), Wavey Hedderson (Clarence), Kevin (Gloria), Cassie Edison-Huntley (Steven), 14 grand children, 17 Great grandchildren and 2 Great Great Grandchildren. Sisters Annie and Fannie, Brother Pleman as well as a large circle of friends and family. Emma was predeceased by her mother Lucinda and Father Rueban, Husband Robert, 4 brothers and 2 sisters. Visitation was held at the Central United Church at Quirpon Branch, from which the Funeral Service was held at 2:00pm on the 20th of March with Rev. Dinesh Gomes Officiating, Burial followed the service at the church cemetery. Funeral arrangements where entrusted to Kerry M. WHITE, ABSALOM

Passed peacefully away at the John M. Gray center in St. Anthony on the 16th Day of March, 2015, Mr. Absalom White of Reef's Harbour in  his 73rd year. Left to mourn his passing are his sister Mary (Clyde) Applin, sister in law Augustine White, nieces Annett (Wilfred) Baines and Family Marlene (Kev) Strangemore, Nephews Clyde Jr. (Edna) Applin And Family, Curtis (Dulcie) and Family and Tyrone White as well as many other family and friends.  Absalom was predeceased by his parents Elijah and Nellie white, and his brother Leslie. Visitation was held at the St. Margaret's Anglican Church in Reef's Harbour, from which the funeral service was held at 11:00am on Wednesday March 18 with Rev. Harold Harvey and Layperson Bernice Baines Officiating. Cremation followed the service with burial to be held at a later date. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Kerry M. Fillatres Funeral home, St. Anthony and Roddickton, Lee Nippard Funeral Director. 

HURLEY(NEE JOY), MARGARET CATHERINE

Passed away peacefully at the Charles S. Curtis Memorial Hospital on the 12th day of March 2015, Mrs. Margaret Hurley of Croque was in her 70th year. Leaving to mourn with fond loving memories her husband of 53 years Frederick Hurley, her 2 sons Gerard (Joan) Hurley, and Francis Hurley, her 2 daughters Madonna (Kevin Sr.) Reardon and Elizabeth (Gerry) Flynn., grandchildren Charlene (Dustin) Blake, Jonathan Flynn (Megan), Terri-Lynn Reardon (Justin), Kirk Whalen, Kevin Reardon (Monica), and Jamie Flynn., great grandchildren Keira and Frederick Blake, and Lily Flynn. Her brother Hubert (Fannie) Joy, as well as, a large circle of nieces and nephews, family and friends.She was predeceased by her parents Walter and Mary Joy, Son Wilfred and Daughter Mary.  Visitation was held at the Sacred Heart Church in Conche from which the funeral mass was held at 11:00am on March 16th 2015 with Fr. Lourdhu Madanu officiating. Interment followed in the Sacred Heart Cemetery in Crouse. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Kerry M. Passed peacefully away at the Charles S. Curtis Memorial Hospital on the 8th of March 2015.  Minnie Mae Genge of Anchor Point was in her 99th year. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories Sons James (Susie- deceased); Rufus (Sophia); Cecil (Olivia); Rendell (Bertha), Daughters Marion (Steve); Bernice (Winston); Mildred (Cyril); Eleanor (Robert- deceased), twenty-three Grandchildren, thirty-seven Great-Grandchildren, twenty-two Great-great-grandchildren, Sisters Annie Field, Casandra Penney, Amelia Nichols, Virtue Mouland as well as a large circle of family and friends. She was predeceased by her Husband Walter Genge, Granddaughter Petrina Genge, Grandson Rufus Genge, Mother Amelia Field, Father James Field, Sisters Else, Rhoda, Dora, and Brothers Arthur, Sandy, George, Son-in-law Robert and Daughter-in-law Susie. Visitation was held at St. Matthews Anglican Church in Anchor Point from which the funeral service was held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, March 11th with Reverend Irving Letto.
